Lead walkthroughs and close bookings for Magnaura & Merak Heights. Report to Head of Sales.
Manage inbound leads, site visits, and CRM records. Residential real estate experience in Odisha preferred.
Own day-to-day execution at Merlot Heights — quality checks, vendor sync, and safety compliance.
Bridge contractors, architects, and leadership. Ensure milestones match premium finish standards.
Plan social campaigns, brochures, and launch events that match Two7’s premium brand voice.
Work with sales and design on reels, hoardings, and email flows for new tower launches.
Support 3D renders, sample flat styling, and client decks under senior designers.
Ideal for final-year B.Arch students. Portfolio with residential work is a plus.

For select senior roles, we offer a one-time relocation allowance (demo: up to ₹25,000) after successful probation.
Office: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Mon–Sat (alternate Saturdays off). Site roles follow project schedules with weekly rest per labour norms.
